In this module, you will focus on teaching your girls that effective leaders lead from a healthy place both emotionally and physically. Overall physical and emotional wellness are very important and girls should develop an appreciation for caring for their mind, body, and spirit. Many blessings!
Module Three (M3) of the “Treasured: Teaching Girls” 10-module mentoring and leadership development curriculum for teen girls! Designed to teach girls that THEY ARE A GIFT TO THE WORLD, the curriculum is comprised of lessons, activities, team projects, and social media challenges that emphasize five core values: IDENTITY, GROWTH, COURAGE, LEADERSHIP & FREEDOM.
An excellent tool for teachers, youth leaders, mentors, and even parents who wish to guide teen girls along a leadership and personal development journey. Walk alongside your girls as they:

Each lesson, and the accompanying activities, team projects and social media challenges has been meticulously tailored to meet mentoring and leadership development goals for girls from every walk of life.
In Module Three: Body Care and Sexual Health, you will focus on teaching young women that effective leaders lead from a healthy place both emotionally and physically. Overall physical and emotional wellness are very important and girls should develop an appreciation for caring for their mind, body and spirit. The module is comprised of three lessons, focuses on IDENTITY and GROWTH, and uses deep Bible connections to help girls to answer three self-care-based questions: 1) How Should Girls Care for Their Bodies? 2) Why is Personal Health and Wellness Important? 3) What is God’s Design for My Sexuality? Other topics addressed in this module include Meal Planning and Stress Management.
Upon completion, your girls will have a strong grasp of how to care for their bodies, how to embrace their sexuality, and the factors that influence their overall wellness. Given the sensitive nature of the topics in this module, I encourage you to download the Red Zone Discussion Guidebook from our website and review the recommendations for dialogue, so that you make best use of opportunities for discipleship built into each lesson. The Portfolio and Team Projects, create an environment for girls to work together, learn from each other, and forge authentic relationships!
M3 includes: lesson outline, student-centered lesson packet, portfolio assignments, SOAPs Bible study outline, task cards and social media challenges to enhance the lessons. Facilitator will be able to bring all the concepts together with Journal Prompts, Review Questions, and optional Kahoot! Review Game! Your girls will be engaged from start to finish of each lesson and you’ll have a blast teaching them!
