That’s what folks call the Sunday Scaries! **yikes** Maybe you’re thinking, “Will I do well on that test?” or “What if tomorrow is just overwhelming?” Maybe you’re dreading first block because of that one teacher or those certain girls who just seem to love drama! Here’s the good news: God’s peace is stronger than any worry you’re facing. You don’t have to carry those Sunday night anxieties alone—He’s got you! 💡 Check out these practical ways you can lean into His peace: 1️⃣ Pray About It: Talk to God about your fears. It doesn’t have to be fancy—just real. He promises His peace will guard your heart and mind (Philippians 4:6-7). 2️⃣ Hold onto His Word: Find a scripture to anchor your heart. A great one? Isaiah 41:10: “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.” 3️⃣ Picture God’s Care: Imagine taking every worry and handing it over to Him. Let go of the weight and trust Him to carry it. 4️⃣ End Your Day in Worship: Play your favorite worship song or write down three things you’re grateful for.
